The Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts and The Underground Performing Arts Collective (UPAC) are thrilled to present a holiday event like no other — A Soulful Christmas: A Groovy Musical Revue, a high-energy musical celebration inspired by the iconic 1970s TV show Soul Train. This vibrant production will bring joy, nostalgia, and the unmistakable grooves of classic Soul, R&B, and Gospel to the stage this December. Co-created by Kendrell Bowman and Norfolk’s own Broadway talent Anthony Wayne, A Soulful Christmas features dazzling performances that pay tribute to legendary artists including Diana Ross & The Supremes, The Jackson 5, Teena Marie, Eartha Kitt, Donny Hathaway, Tammi Terrell, The O’Jays, and The Temptations. Audiences can expect to sing, dance, and celebrate the holiday season with timeless hits and soulful rhythms.
