Healthy Kids Day
Join us on Saturday, April 18, from 10am–1pm at the Suffolk Family YMCA for a community celebration!
This free event, open to the community, features fun activities, games, and resources that promote physical activity, healthy eating, and overall well-being. By encouraging good habits early, the Y helps ensure kids have a summer full of growth, learning, and play!
