Civil War Battlefield Tour with Kermit Hobbs

Join Suffolk historian Kermit Hobbs as he leads a Civil War Battlefield Tour in Suffolk on Saturday, October 14, 2023. The tour will depart from the Suffolk Visitors Center (524 N. Main Street) at 1pm and return at 4pm.

The tour will include Nansemond River Overlook, Fort Rosecrans, and Hill’s Point Battery. Please wear appropriate shoes; this tour includes walking through the woods and some hill climbing.
